From one paint stroke to the next, I let the sensations I feel guide my hand.

I allow myself to stay in the moment.

I see the colors meet the canvas.

The paint starts to stretch.

Everything starts to blend.

From one breath to the next, I let my mind go inward.
Breathe.
I follow my breath as it travels in through the nose.
Breathe.
I gentle speak to myself, ”keep going love, you’re safe”.
Breathe.
”What’s coming up for you?”
